RESTAURANT SHIFT LEAD
Starting at $15 to $16 / hr. plus TIPS
Come, and join the Costa Vida! We are hiring in our Grand Junction, CO location. This is your opportunity as a Shift Lead to be one of the most important team members within our restaurant.

JOB OVERVIEW :
Shift Leads are one of the most influential team members within Costa Vida.
- Organizing shift schedules for team members
- Assigning duties to specific team members based on role and skills
- Training new and current team members on task
- Respond to guests and come up with creative solutions
- Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
- Opening / Closing the restaurant
- Proficiency in other positions within the restaurant
