The Boost Portal team is building a highly scalable, front-end application framework, using the most bleeding edge technologies.

We force multiply the output of our entire engineering organization, enabling hundreds of developers to concurrently deliver continuous innovation for our customers every day.

We are looking for a high caliber Sr. Front End Engineer to lead the development of a project with strategic significance and high exposure.

In this initiative, we will tackle some of the most intriguing problems in software architecture and modern UX development.

This role requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to hit the ground running. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, customers, and other engineers to help define the scope of the product.

You will be counted on to be an influential voice in decisions related to front-end system architecture, feature development, and product strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
