- Build networks and deepen strategic partnerships with local innovation centers in research and industry
- Communicate GOLDBECK-relevant construction process needs to local strategic partners
- Analyze latest research and innovation projects to identify new technology approaches relevant for GOLDBECK construction processes
- Create decision-enabling innovation project pitches for Board of Directors
- Lead innovation projects from project idea throughout implementation and further development
- Provide regular status reports of innovation projects to Management
Profil
- Engineering degree or comparable qualification
- Experience in the management of construction projects
- Ability to observe, recognize and assess new ideas for GOLDBECK
- Competence to communicate complex matters simply and precisely
- Skill to structure and coordinate innovation projects
- Fluent in English and German
