Job Description
LRS Consulting Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a client of ours! The days / hours are Monday-Friday, 11 : 30am - 8pm.
The salary is $33k plus full benefits, PTO, etc. People in this role often progress quickly into an Operations role within the company.
Responsibilities
- Repair equipment including terminals, laptops, printers, servers, switches, routers, other electronic equipment as needed by clients
- Trouble shoot and run diagnostics on equipment
- Prepare new equipment with client set up and packaging
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience repairing PC's
- Troubleshooting experience highly preferred
- POS experience a plus
- Strong problem solving / analysis skills
- Team oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
