You will work towards bettering the business through process and procedure including automation to support staff and customer efficiencies.
What you’ll do
- Lead service delivery : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team, ensuring all client services are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope.
- Client relationship management : Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates on service performance.
- Team leadership & development : Mentor and develop service delivery staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
Facilitate training programs to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet service delivery goals.
Continuous improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service delivery process, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management, preferably within a managed services environment.
- 3+ years managing people
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices for service management.
