To learn more, visit www.publicconsultinggroup.com .Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of risk management, compliance, corporate governance and compliance monitoring standards and protocols.

Conduct detailed internal risk assessments, continuous compliance monitoring, and internal risk reviews consistent with applicable standards.

Manage the risk review process for new business opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc.) and client contracts across several business lines.

Complete and prepare written reports, recommendations, and corrective action plans based on comprehensive risk assessments and compliance monitoring.

Prepare specific recommendations for operational, strategic, and policy changes as the result of compliance monitoring and assessments.

Perform due diligence tasks and assist with the onboarding process for third parties (Independent Contractors, Subcontractors and Vendors).

Participate in the development of compliance training documents and provide professional guidance and training support to business teams.

Stay abreast of ongoing trends, important regulatory developments and technical innovations in the risk management and compliance fields.

Identify, detect, and develop risk mitigation strategies to address real, apparent or potential conflicts of interest (organizational, internal and personnel related).

Ability to operate and function within multiple technical environments simultaneously.Work within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.

Perform other risk management and technical compliance-related responsibilities as assigned.Required SkillsStrong analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, reading comprehension, deductive reasoning and organizational skills.

Demonstrated competence in reviewing contracts and other legal and regulatory documents.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independently.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to evaluate complex situations and arrive at objectively substantiated conclusions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.Experience2+ years of relevant work experience, with government, procurement or public sector experience preferred, in the development and application of compliance standards, including participation in compliance monitoring and preparation of reports and recommendations.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role : $50,900-$72,500.

Compensation : Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
