Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant
- Assist in the recruitment process of new employees
- The Human Resources Assistant will conduct new hire orientation
- Plan company events
- The Human Resources Assistant will provide clerical support, including payroll
- Answer phone calls and schedule interviews
- The Human Resources Assistant will maintain filing systems and company databases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior office experience is a plus!
