We seek a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in a rapidly evolving industry. This position offers a unique blend of challenge and opportunity, where you'll build relationships with key decision-makers, provide tailored solutions to customers, and manage a portfolio of clients.
While this is a remote opportunity, we prefer the ideal candidate to reside close to Avondale, AZ, or live within a reasonable driving distance of an airport.
Your tasks
- Lead the existing Labels & Consumables Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to develop the team further and support the company’s business.
- Responsible for the sales strategy of the Labels & Consumables Business within NAFTA, aligning it with the company's impactful global strategy.
- Development of the business by promoting, maintaining & increasing sales of Bizerba’s Labels & Consumables in cooperation with the retail & industry department
- Development of new business models, e.g., by identifying new potential customers and markets
- In consultation with the product management, you analyze the market and communicate trends and opportunities.
- Create a new business in the area by setting Bizerba's product apart from competitors
- Collaborate on the strategic orientation of the Labels & Consumables product organization, contributing to and influencing the direction of the business.
- Coordinate with all involved departments to match customers’ requirements and improve customer satisfaction, becoming the point of contact & advisor and building an in-depth understanding of customer needs
- Understand the customer’s needs and suggest solutions with our product line
- Support Bizerba's sales partners in all matters that promote the sales of Labels & Consumables
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer questions and provide solutions
- Preparation and execution of market launches and product promotions
- Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within Labels & Consumables, playing a crucial role in the company's success.
- Build own Sales Pipeline and maintain CRM System
Your profile
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience within a related industry; 3 years in a management role. Experience with label sales is a plus
- Strong background in Territory Management with a documented record of accomplishment of year-over-year revenue growth
- Proven track record in analyzing, developing, and consistently implementing sustainable and future-oriented business strategies.
- Assertiveness and a motivating, appreciative, and modern leadership style with a Hands-on mentality
- Experience in closing sales efficiently & effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to completion
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in SAP software & CRM Programs
