Job Title : General Services Coordinator II

Department : General Admin

We are looking for a General Services Coordinator II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Korean and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to both internal and external clients in-person, via email, or and phone.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Coordinate and order company catered lunches.
  • Perform clerical office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Assist in sorting incoming and outgoing mails, writing letters, data entry, and preparing meetings.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle and ensure parking and building access keys are coordinated, allocated, and collected, as needed.
  • Maintain and order general supplies and manage purchase orders.

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accurate typing skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing software, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries.
