Key ResponsibilitiesOversee departmental workflow procedures related to regulatory complianceDevelop and maintain knowledge of PBM and health plan regulations and translate them into operational processesManage the corporation's compliance function, including investigations and the acquisition of required licensesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Health Care or a related field;
advanced degree preferredCertified Compliance and Ethics Professional or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred8+ years of compliance-related management experience in the PBM / Health Plan environmentExperience with a broad spectrum of PBM offerings and associated regulatory issuesAbility to lead and manage teams of compliance professionals in a high-growth business
