Senior Scheduler

G&E Partners have partnered with a Top 40 ENR Commercial GC, looking to onboard a strong Senior Scheduler for their strong backlog of Ground-Up commercial construction projects in Phoenix.

You will join a leading Commercial powerhouse GC, with a strong continuous backlog of work in Phoenix, with the chance to excel and grow alongside the company :

Responsibilities (not exhaustive) :

• Utilize scheduling software to manage calendars and ensure accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.
• Assist with scheduling a $5B mega project.
• Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and departments to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and meetings, entering relevant information into scheduling systems.
• Generate reports and analyze scheduling data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Walk the project sites to analyze information and confirm scheduling reports.
• Communicate with Project manager and Superintendents in regard to scheduling updates.

Requirements :

• 5 years of progressive construction experience preferred.
• 3 years of scheduling experience preferred.
• Construction management or similar degree preferred.
• Experience with P6.
• Experience with working with leading ENR GC(s).
• Experience with working on large projects.
