• Experienced BWR Refueling Instructor.
• Advanced knowledge of BWR Refueling Equipment and Tasks.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is primarily responsible for developing and instructing BWR Refuel Floor training within the IBO-A Resource Development & Training (RDT) team.

The RDT group plans and executes project staffing for BWR and PWR Reactor Services from start to finish, which includes ensuring all necessary training is provided, teams are proficient and balanced, maintaining a pipeline of entry level technicians, and career paths for all RDT field service employees.

In addition to BWR and PWR, RDT provides project staffing for Stearns Roger Services. This position requires seasonal spring and fall travel to various utilities, both BWR and PWR.

This position requires up to 50% travel.

The BWR Training Specialist will be responsible for BWR Refuel related training, reporting directly to the RDT Training Supervisor.

The Training Supervisor determines the training required for each resource, and the BWR Training Specialist is responsible for implementation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Develop and maintain training material.
• Incorporate lessons learned and operating experience.
• Perform as an instructor.
• Working flexible hours and shifts both during training and deployments.
• Directing and developing technicians which includes on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, coaching, documentation, and handling conflicts while ensuring safety and compliance.

The range of base salary for the position is between $34.00 - $43.27 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
