Scope of Work : -
1. Identify Legal Questions : analyze complaints to identify the legal question based on state and federal regulation.
2. Conduct Investigation : contact stakeholders, review documents, research applicable law, interview relevant parties.
3. Draft Letter of Findings : draft final determination letter in compliance with MSDE requirements.
