Shifts Details : Monday-Sunday 7a-7p
Location : Dallas, TX

Caregiver Responsibilities :
- Hoyer lift and transfers
- Provide personal hygiene assistance
- Medication assistance
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light house cleaning and laundry
- Monitor changes in physical and mental well-being
- Provide Transportation
Caregiver Requirements :
- Experience as a Caregiver Required
- Fall Protection Experience Preferred
- Reliable Transportation with a Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Valid Texas Auto Insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Current TB test; proof must be provided within 30 days of hire
- Must have a working smartphone and a valid email address
