Job Details
Job Duties :
- Ensure accurate / quality / competitive / profitable estimates, evaluate risks, proposals, specs / scopes / contracts / drawings / budgets, bid docs / strategies, and follow estimating procedures
- Sub / material / vendor quotes, estimate handoff / job pre-planning, market evaluation, value engineering, and jobsite inspections
- Material / equipment / labor cost calculations, change order estimates, and client relationships / networking
- Projects include commercial, TIs, design / build, government facilities, multi-family, healthcare, and education
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience estimating large drywall projects
- Must be proficient in QuickBid / OST
- Prefer knowledge or Southern California construction market
