Paul Davis is seeking a Commercial Business Development manager to promote our professional restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Hickory, NC, Winston Salem, NC and through the NC mountain region.
Join our rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned franchises in the US and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads by building relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and adjusters
- Promote all services offered by Paul Davis Restoration
- Schedule and visit insurance customers, attending networking functions and trade shows
- Manage marketing programs and utilize technology software for CRM, email campaigns, and sales tracking
- Attend training courses and conferences
- Coordinate community events, charitable activities, and Continuing Education courses
- Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements :
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and project management ability
- Excellent organizational and computer skills (Internet, Microsoft Office)
- Independent, personable, and self-directed
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferred
- Minimum three years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Franchise, restoration, or construction / home improvement experience is a plus
