As a Food Runner at Little Mama's Italian Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of service by delivering dishes from the kitchen to the guests' tables with precision and care.

Responsibilities :

• Efficient Service : Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food to guests' tables.
• Attention to Detail : Verify the accuracy of each order before presenting it to the guests, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
• Communication : Maintain clear and open communication with the kitchen and servers to facilitate smooth coordination during busy service periods.
• Guest Interaction : Provide friendly and responsive service to guests, answering any questions about the menu and assisting with special requests.
• Cleanliness : Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing empty dishes and resetting tables as needed.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
