We are seeking an entry-level Operations Manager to assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization
- Coordinate and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in managing and training junior staff members
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in operations management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies
- Certification in operations management or related field
