Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute the company’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, with an emphasis on increasing audience engagement and growth.
- Create compelling and innovative content tailored to specific audiences, even if not from the manufacturing sector, using the information at hand to craft messages that resonate.
- Lead efforts in graphic design, leveraging proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud to support marketing campaigns, social media content, and various promotional materials.
- Contribute to B2B marketing initiatives, utilizing industry knowledge to engage clients effectively.
- Edit and produce video content, incorporating motion design and dynamic elements to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on strategic projects, while also being flexible to tackle spontaneous or "pop-up" projects as needed.
- Assist in updating manuals, working with various SKUs, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills :
- Proficient in social media management (20-30% of the role), focusing on creative strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and ideally expanding to YouTube.
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to identify target audiences and tailor messaging accordingly.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud for graphic design tasks.
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
- Video editing and motion design experience are essential for this role.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
