The DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST plays a crucial role in driving day-to-day digital marketing efforts that support corporate and on-site objectives, with a primary focus on optimizing online presence.
As a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and promoting Inland Residential's brand across various digital platforms.
This role encompasses key digital strategies that focus on acquisition and retention, including but not limited to, website management, reputation management, SEO, email marketing campaigns, and social media, ensuring that all digital activities are aligned with the company's broader business goals and the growth of our portfolio.
In collaboration with the Manager of Branding and Marketing, the DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST partners with various departments to design and execute campaigns that improve both resident, prospect, and team experiences, while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with digital marketing vendors, analyzing performance metrics to assess campaign success, and providing critical support to on-site teams in achieving their marketing objectives.

POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
Experience : 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within real estate property management, or a degree in marketing with relevant exposure to residential property management.
Software Proficiency : Foundational skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Hands-on experience or ability to learn how to navigate CRM and social media / reputation / marketing management platforms.
Website and Content Management : Demonstrated experience in developing and managing websites, ensuring consistent branding and functionality across platforms.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and goals effectively to diverse audiences.
