What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap focusing on expansion and enhancement of features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scopes and timelines
- Engage with stakeholders to align product goals and commercialization efforts
- Monitor product performance post-release and ensure quality through testing and user feedback
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience); MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum of five years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, agile methodology, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience in the legal services domain
- Demonstrated experience with people management
- Familiarity with large-scale project management involving multiple stakeholders
