ComResource is looking for a Backend Modernization Engineer.
We are looking for someone to join a dynamic team as an Application Developer, where you will design and implement innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Design and code applications to address complex business issues and analytical problems.
- Perform all phases of software engineering, including requirements analysis, application design, development, and testing.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design and implement product features, including reusable components and frameworks.
- Engage with strategic customers to containerize applications using expertise in application containerization methodologies.
- Develop best practices for containerizing and modernizing various application platforms.
- Automate, build, and test processes for diverse solutions.
- Support and maintain application data and solutions.
Essentials :
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience with application development using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-based applications such as Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Familiarity with Backbase API is a plus.
Desired :
Experience in a tech lead or team role, collaborating with developers and product teams.
Location Preferences :
First preference for candidates residing in Cincinnati, OH; Chicago, IL; or Charlotte, NC.
