Summary :
Marcum Search is engaged in a confidential search with our boutique law firm client for a Firm Administrator . We are seeking a highly qualified Firm Administrator with an expertise in law firm operations, including HR, admin, and marketing leadership, with experience in a law firm or legal industry required .
This role works in a hybrid setting and is local to the West Los Angeles area. Salary range is between $200K-$250K.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise Firm Operations : Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Human Resources : Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Staff Management : Coordinate and support administrative and support staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Administrative Oversight : Oversee office management, including facilities, supplies, and technology. Implement and enforce firm policies and procedures.
- Billing and Finance : Manage billing processes, including invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm’s services. Manage the firm’s online presence, including the website and social media.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a legal environment, preferably within a law firm.
- Strong understanding of law firm operations, including HR, billing, and marketing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and legal practice management systems.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a legal background or certification is a plus.
