Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support their team in Washington, DC for a minimum of 6 months, starting ASAP!
Responsibilities :
- Provide exemplary customer service when answering phone calls.
- Manage and maintain office supply levels.
- Handle mail collection and distribution.
- Maintain and set-up conference rooms and other areas.
- Provide support through tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- 1+ years of office, administrative, or customer service experience is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation / Benefits :
- $24 / hr-$28 / hr, DOE
- Temporary for 6 months.
- Starting ASAP!
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Metro accessible.
