Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support their team in Washington, DC for a minimum of 6 months, starting ASAP!

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exemplary customer service when answering phone calls.
  • Manage and maintain office supply levels.
  • Handle mail collection and distribution.
  • Maintain and set-up conference rooms and other areas.
  • Provide support through tasks as required.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of office, administrative, or customer service experience is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation / Benefits :

  • $24 / hr-$28 / hr, DOE
  • Temporary for 6 months.
  • Starting ASAP!
  • 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
  • Metro accessible.
