Job Description and Duties

Our Investment Office, Private Equity (PE) Team is currently seeking an Investment Officer II (IO II) to assist the lead Investment Officer in the management and monitoring of global partnerships and direct investments.

You will assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with an assigned group of partnerships and / or direct investments evaluating their performance and report your findings and recommendations to the Team to keep them informed of pertinent transactions.

Conduct ongoing diligence with external management consultants and work with our legal team regarding diligence findings.

Assist with annual and quarterly performance reports on the portfolio for review at PE Program unit meetings.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Evaluate fund performance relative to multiple quantitative and qualitative thresholds over the life of the investment.
• Assist with due diligence projects to consider additional commitments to existing strategic relationships and investment opportunities.
• Process and evaluate new investments using the Investment Proposal System, a tool to screen and track investment opportunities through various stages of investment process.

Telework Information : This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
