Warehouse Lead - Night Shift (Hourly)

At Danone, manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire an hourly Warehouse Lead based in West Jordan, UT !

The Warehouse Lead will support the Flow team.

You will be responsible for :

• Supporting a team of 25-30 hourly operators to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals are met.
• Driving accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations.

The base compensation rate for this position is $19.94 / hr plus a night shift differential of $1.25 / hr and a $2.00 / hr.

shift premium for performing lead duties. Upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, your rate of pay will increase to $22.

15 / hr. plus a night shift differential of $1.25 / hr and a $2.00 / hr. shift premium . This position will work 12-hour shifts on Night Shift , form 06 : 00 PM to 06 : 30 AM , on a 4-3-4 rotating schedule .

About You

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• You will have at least 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

You must have the ability to :

• Read and write, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Comprehend basic math and simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Understand instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and navigate in tight spaces and high-traffic areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate a computer to enter and retrieve data.
• Prepare and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees within the organization.
