Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You :

Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, can pass a background check, and are able to complete your DCF hours within 90 Days of employment.

Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!

  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
