Mission : As a Service Advisor, your mission is to enhance customer satisfaction, increase service department revenue, and improve operational efficiency.

You will achieve this by effectively communicating with customers, recommending necessary services, coordinating with service technicians, and continually seeking ways to improve the service process.

Results : Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve the following results :

• Increase customer satisfaction scores by effectively addressing customer concerns and ensuring their vehicles are serviced correctly and on time.
• Increase service department revenue by effectively recommending and selling necessary services to customers.
• Improve operational efficiency by streamlining the service process, coordinating effectively with service technicians, and managing the service schedule optimally.

Skills and Attributes : The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

They will be patient, resilient, professional, and passionate about cars.

Responsibilities : Your key responsibilities will include :

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, listening to their concerns, explaining the services required, and keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles. t
• Inspecting vehicles, identifying necessary services, and effectively communicating these recommendations to customers.
• Coordinating with service technicians to ensure that services are completed correctly and on time.
• Managing the service schedule to maximize efficiency and minimize the time customers have to wait for their vehicles.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, services recommended and performed, and any other relevant information.
• Continually looking for ways to improve the service process and implementing changes that can increase efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost the revenue of the service department.
