Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable General Contractor in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area on their search for a Civil Project Manager to focus on work in the Civil Sector, working on team managing municipal and utility projects.
As a Civil Project Manager , your main responsibility will be to manage municipal projects throughout the state of Florice, as well as oversee internal projects, and design staff with day-to-day aspects of projects assigned.
Job Title : Senior Project Manager (Heavy Civil)
Project Types : Municipal, Site Development, Utilities (water, sewer, and storm), and Government projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate relevant information to superiors
- Resolves and / or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Manages the permits with all government agencies, local and state
- Understanding of communicating information tactfully
- Must have proven experience in the completion of similar projects
Skills & Qualifications :
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to completion within an allocated period of time.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum of 8 Years Experience in Land Development or Municipal projects.
- BS in Civil Engineering preferred
- Experience with Land Development / Site Design, Stormwater, and Utilities, and permitting with our local and state regulatory agencies is required
