- 12 yearsof experience in civil engineering and design with at least 5directly managing utility water projects in the area.
- Client contacts and relationships with localmunicipalities area counties water management authorities and localregional state agencies
- Experience writingproposals scopes of work and budgets for projectedwork.
- Ability to effectively communicate at alllevels of the organization.
- Ability to manage& mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positivemanner.
- Demonstrated ability to managewater / wastewater / H&H projects profitably.
