Major Responsibilities :
Executes short and long range sales planning and strategic direction in compliance with the organization’s objectives.
Hires, manages, and mentors the Account Manager (AM) sales team, measuring activity, pipeline, forecast, quota and all other new client acquisition growth objectives
- Demonstrated analytical skills in organization, planning, research, and the development of long-range plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with all levels within the organization and diverse populations.
- Exceptional communication skills, consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Field of study in Marketing or other related field.
- Requires 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Includes 3 years of management experience in sales management with responsibility for multi-state sales staff responsible for meeting volume and profitability objectives.
