Our client in the retail industry is looking for an SAP Lead Analyst to join their team!
Location : This role will be on-site 2-3 days per week in Nashville, TN. Open to candidates who are willing to relocate.
Candidates must be local to the Nashville area.
Here's what you'll be doing :
- Analyzing business needs and partnering with developers to translate them into FICO configurations.
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and lead design sessions.
- Participating in testing and ensuring system aligns with business needs.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities within FICO.
- Note : This role is more of a functional analyst over a developer, but candidates need to have knowledge of FICO solutions.
Here's what our ideal candidate has :
- 4-5 years of experience as an SAP Analyst or Business Analyst
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them to functional specifications through the entire project : end-to-end delivery
- In-depth knowledge of FICO configuration is essential.
- Experience with FICO solutions such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Management (MM), Material Management interface to FI (MM / FI), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Systems, Investment Management (IM)
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams (both internal and external) is required
- S / 4 HANA experience a plus.
- Consultant background from Big 5 firms (Accenture, Deloitte) is preferred.
