Customer Service Representative (B2B) - Join Our Team at Custom Fabricating & Supplies!
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service? Custom Fabricating & Supplies, a leader in industrial masking and protection products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can ensure smooth communication across departments and maintain strong client relationships.
If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you.
What You'll Do :
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Process customer orders, generate quotes, and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Proactively prospect leads through research, e-mailing, and cold calling.
- Maintain and update customer data and records in our ERP / CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP / CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication abilities.
