As an Inbound Customer Service and Sales Representative , you are responsible for resolving customer issues at an inbound call center and upselling home warranty and energy related products and services.

REWARDS
- $50,000 - $60,000 OTE in your first year! (Base pay of $17.25 / hour + commission and OT)

REQUIREMENTS
- Some sales and / or upselling experience
- One year of call center or customer service experience
- Bilingual a plus (preferred + $1.00 extra per hour)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell home warranty and energy-related products and services to customers
- Assist existing customers with account questions or processes and schedule repair or maintenance services
- Successfully resolve customer questions and / or concerns quickly in one phone call by clarifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions
- Create and maintain personal team sales goals
- Exceed customer expectations through professional interactions on inbound calls
