We are looking for an individual to add to our Power Project Management Team based out of ANY of our locations!
The Power Project Manager I serves as a key interface and essential resource for our Power customers. The position is responsible for providing project management, quoting and problem solving with power products.
Project Managers will work closely with the outside sales team, directly with the customer, manufacturer, and power agencies, to ensure high customer satisfaction through the identification and quotation of cost-saving measures for our customers.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS :
- Anticipated Pay Range : $68,000-$78,000 / year, depending on experience & location
- Quoting all types of projects from Commercial, Industrial, and Residential type customers in a timely manner, meeting project deadlines and commitments
- Be able to translate the customer's needs through understanding fixture schedules, blue prints and one-lines
- Work with manufacturers and power agencies to obtain information and manage customers projects
- Service the commercial and industrial establishment customer as well as contractors by providing projects or information on products or services
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales communication both internally and externally
- Assist customers with power product selection and application
- Handle freight claims on inbound and outbound shipments
- Provide customers with accurate stock and delivery information
- Provide feedback on adequate stock levels
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Review and analyze reports of business transactions
- Provide sales data for new and existing customers for database entry
- Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date
- Responsible for oversight of sales of products to include purchasing from vendors, resolve customer problems, ensure delivery of order, etc.

- Ability to work a Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm schedule
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years INDUSTRY experience required
- Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Knowledge of Eclipse preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone, email and in-person are required
- Knowledge and experience with power products and distribution is preferred
- College degree preferred
