Job Position Description :

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Duties include, but not limited to :

• Providing high quality services to our partner customers with pride.
• Cleaning duties include : sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, clean and maintain restrooms Meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Leaving at end of the day with pride for a job well done and customer satisfaction.

Developing relations ships with fellow employees and our clients

• Clean all common space areas including offices, kitchen, conference, lobby, dispatch. executive offices and break room.
• Provide a safe environment for employee and self through state of the art products and equipment
• Monitor, clean, service and restock bathrooms
• Respond immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crisis

Physical Demands and Qualifications :

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and / or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between environmentally safe cleaning products and uses.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
