Develop negotiation strategies and provide guidance to internal teams on contractual issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Certification from NCMA, IACCM, or similar credential preferred
5+ years of progressive experience in contract negotiation and / or category management
Broad knowledge of legal principles related to vendor contracts
Proficient in contract lifecycle management and ERP systems
