If you haven't been thoroughly trained and coached, no worries! We have the resources, the sales training, and the systems including live and recorded webinars and in-person training to get you on the road to lots of commissions!)
You’ll be responsible for adding prospective clients to the company's sales funnel, communicating regularly with your clients, assessing both homeowners' and homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

Compensation :
$90,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Utilize company's representation agreements for either (or both) buyers purchasing homes homeowners selling residential real estate
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
