Escapology is a high-adrenaline escape game where players are locked inside a themed room and must complete their mission before time runs out.
During the 60-minute experience players are immersed into a real-life adventure where they must find hidden clues, crack codes, solve challenging puzzles, and escape! Located in a prime location, players will be challenged in this new attraction by working together to find clues, solve puzzles, and open locks.

This part-time position of Game Master & Host enables guests to enjoy their escape room
experience by providing clues / hints to help them solve puzzles and briefing customers on how to play the games.
Standard Job Responsibilities
Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check-in; pre-game service, game mastering;
interacting with customers; post-game experience; etc)
- Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation
- Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to customers
- Maintain safety standards
- Clean area in and around venue; maintaining daily / weekly / monthly cleaning schedule
- Use Escapology’s M3 software to provide hints / clues to guests during game play
- Create an upbeat, fast-paced, and fun atmosphere for guests and coworkers
- Mix and serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
- Stay up to date on any / all relevant training information
- Complete tasks assigned by Head Game Master (shift lead) and Management
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This is a fast-paced environment with a moderate noise level. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand;
- walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit;
climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to ten pounds. The employee must have good close and distance vision and the ability to focus between the two.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Tip Certified (training provided if not).
