Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and reliable High Voltage Electrical Helper to join our team. As a High Voltage Electrical Helper, you will assist our skilled electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of high voltage electrical systems.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

• Assist experienced electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of high voltage electrical systems, including power distribution networks, transformers, substations, and related equipment.
• Perform tasks under the guidance and supervision of senior electricians, such as pulling wires, connecting electrical components, and testing systems for proper functionality.
• Help prepare work areas, including securing job sites and organizing materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the project.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols rigorously to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Learn and apply proper electrical techniques and practices to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, challenges, and any issues encountered during projects.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, making sure to notify senior electricians of any significant concerns.
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored after use.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to workplace safety, quality control, and customer service.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in electrical work or related field is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates with a passion for electrical work and a desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to learning and improving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
