Commercial HVAC Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Project Manager ! Gpac, a 30+ year-old recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring all project objectives are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to overcome project challenges, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand project scope, objectives, and budgetary constraints, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Mentor and coach junior staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional development and growth within the organization.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence, emphasizing the importance of adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Project management : 5 years (Preferred)
• Experience in the HVAC field (Required)
