The Opportunity
Has complete knowledge of food and beverage products and specifications,Clears and resets tables as quickly as possible.
Greets guests warmly with a smile, making eye contact. Checks for table setting completeness.
Describes Breakfast, lunch and dinner features asneeded, including menu changes and daily specials.
Oversees table maintenance, coordinates service at the table with runners. Works with coworkers inclearing and re-setting tables.
Operates as a member of a team, helping others and requesting help asneeded. Performs other restaurant duties as requested by management.
Keepall stations supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
Makes sure that the guest’s check is completed properly and presented promptly according tostd Ensures that change or charge slip is returned to the guest ina timely manner.
Communicates theneeds of the guests to kitchenand management. Informs management ofguests’ reactions and comments. Assists management asneeded to ensure smooth operationand quality service.
Controls the amount of alcohol served, so that guests donot become intoxicated.
Helps promote a safe and cleanenvironment for co-workers and guests.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Must be able to work all shifts including, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum two yearsfine diningexperience.
Requires oral proficiency inthe English Language
