Title : Development Manager
Location : NYC NY
Need Mandatory onsite in NYC
Duration : 3 months extendable
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a development team within Risk Technology division, ensuring efficient project delivery and technical oversight.
Participate in hands-on capacity in managing software teams developing solutions
Strong background with Java, Python, and database technologies as required.
Collaborate closely with the Tech leadership team to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
Required Skillset :
Must Have : Strong experience in managing development teams, with a hands-on approach to leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Java, Python, and various DB technologies
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in-office at client office per week.
Nice to Have : Previous experience in Broker / Dealer Risk Technology is a plus
Additional Details :
Location : Jersey City, New Jersey office (3 days per week in-office requirement).
Duration : 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Start Date : ASAP, with a target of late October.
