ABOUT THEPOSITION

GTN is seeking a highly resourceful andinnovative PHP Web Developer for a DirectHire 100% onsite role inCastle Rock CO. The PHP Web Developer must have a strong backgroundin building web applications and optimizing backend systems.

Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in PHP development(7 / 8) with previous experience developing commercialgrade webapplications.

The PHP Web Developer should have extensiveexperience with objectoriented programming (OOP) principles andMySQL database management.

In this role you will design develop andenhance customerfacing web applications focusing on performancescalability and clean code practices.

• Develop and implement new featuresand functionality for customercentric aviationapplications.
• Maintain and optimize existing productsapplying best practices in PHP (versions 7 and 8)development.
• Activelyparticipate in all stages of the product lifecycle from requirementanalysis to deployment and support.
• Conduct indepth investigations code reviewsand ensure the highest quality of code.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctionalteams including designers and frontend developers to deliverseamless user experiences.
• Stay current with industry trends andtechnologies to continually improve developmentprocesses.

TECHNICALREQUIREMENTS

• FullStack PHP Web Design / Development Provenexpertise in building dynamic and scalable web applications withadvanced PHP (OOP) skills optimizing performance and adhering tobest coding practices.
• FrontEnd Design / Development Extensiveexperience with JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3 ensuring responsivedesign and seamless user experiences across multipledevices.
• DatabaseMastery Deep understanding of MySQL database architecturespecializing in schema design complex query optimization andhighperformance tuning.
• Version Control Handson experience with Gitand SVN for streamlined source code management branching strategiesand collaborative development workflows.
• Analytical ProblemSolving Strong aptitude fordiagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with a meticulousdatadriven approach and a focus on delivering robustsolutions.
• Agile / Scrum

HIGHLY DESIRED (BUTNOT REQUIRED)

• Advanced Backend Technologies Experience withNode.js and PostgreSQL / PostGIS for enhanced backend capabilitiesand geospatial data management.
• Cloud and Database Expertise Familiarity withadditional databases cloud platforms and microservicesarchitectures for scalable distributedapplications.
• Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience Software Engineering or Applied Mathematics providing astrong theoretical foundation.
