We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Delivery Manager Konexo US at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals, and business professionals.

The Legal Delivery Manager will have extensive involvement in the Firm's legal technology, AI enablement, and managed services delivery. The Legal Delivery Manager will support ongoing managed services projects, while also contributing to the design, deployment, and optimization of tech-enabled legal solutions across multiple service lines.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Managed Services Oversight

• Lead triage and delivery coordination for contract managed service engagements.
• Lead discussions with client stakeholders and executives with data driven insights in a clear and confident manner.
• Ensure SLA compliance, client satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with offshore / onshore teams and tech platforms to optimize delivery.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

This is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence 3 days per week. The salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $108,000 - $208,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors.
