Apogee Engineering is seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst to support the I&TS (Imaging and Targeting Support) division of (AFLCMC / WIN).
In this position, you will provide a wide range of acquisition Logistics (Lifecycle Logistics), and analytical, technical, and program support services that directly impact current and future capabilities ensuring warfighter superiority.
This is a full-time position located at Wright-Patterson, AFB, OH. The position may allow a hybrid work schedule (2 days work from home) at the customers' discretion.

What you'll be doing :
- Perform data gathering, data entry, and data analysis.
- Provide a wide range of acquisition logistics (lifecycle logistics), and analytical, technical, and program support services.
- Support with recommending requirements, corrective action, and strategy options to address total life cycle supportability.
- Support with updates of plans, schedules, performance parameters, and cost estimates in defining and implementing Total Life Cycle Logistics (TLCL) requirements.
- Support the development of logistic studies, and resource requirements analyses including but not limited to manpower, spares, and cost, readiness assessments, and cost analyses / trade.
- Support with identifying, quantifying, assessing, tracking, and delivering ILS / product support and sustainment elements.
- Provide advisory support in areas such as integration, training, requirements development, policy / program change, equipment design, and life cycle supportability.
- Assist with developing a product support strategy that builds around the ILS / product support and sustainment elements and integrates the acquisition and sustainment phases of the weapon system throughout its life cycle.
- Assist with monitoring performance goals, parameters, and exit criteria, reviewing logistics support elements, Supportability Analysis (SA), and training devices.
- Assist with evaluating LCCM and DTC plans, trade studies, and unsolicited proposals, providing logisticians the capability to conduct the orderly arrangement of all maintenance support.
- Support with ensuring provisions are made for survivability, corrosion control, nondestructive inspection, structural integrity, built-in test and performance monitoring, hazardous materials, integration of Manpower and Personnel (M&P), writing reports, recommending actions, or supporting any related tasks.
- Assist with accomplishing the integration of Supply Support (SS) principles and supporting analyses that provide the capability to accomplish all actions.
- Assist with accomplishing the integration of technical data management, preparation of an engineering data management plan(s), technical order verification plans, and technical order management plans, and arranging and supporting engineering data / technical order guidance conferences and IPRs.
The Contractor shall assist with recommending requirements for manuals, reviewing, tracking, and monitoring verification and delivery of engineering / technical data.
- Assist with conducting site surveys, making recommendations, preparing facility requirements plans, and supporting base and depot elements.
- Assist with performing related tasks that provide logisticians the capability to relate logistics design parameters to systems readiness resources requirements and support costs.
The logistics-related design parameters tasks include reliability and maintainability, human factors, system safety, survivability and vulnerability, hazardous material management, standardization and interoperability, energy management, corrosion, nondestructive inspection, and transportability.
Assist with performing various related logistical tasks as needed.
Minimum Experience :
Citizenship : Must be a US citizen
Clearance : Must have and be able to maintain a TS w / SCI eligibility
Education : High School Diploma
Years of experience : 20 years of relevant experience with 8 years supporting the DoD including :
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the full acquisition logistics lifecycle
- Experience supporting logistics studies, resource requirements including manpower, spares, cost, readiness assessments, cost analysis / trade
- Experience updating plans, schedules, performance parameters, and cost estimates
- Experience working with and through TOMA requirements and processes
Preferred Experience :
Education and Experience :
- Master's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years supporting the DoD
- Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years supporting the DoD
- Foreign Military Sales experience
