Senior Program Manager - Security Clearance Required

Are you ready to make an impact? We are looking a cleared Program Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Florida

For this program called Mission System Support (MSS II) contract out of Melbourne Peraton office as well onsite at Patrick SFB, the PM will be responsible to lead the govt team through an onprem to cloud modernization, while maintaining the legacy system.

This requires an understand of cloud technologies as well as the govt mission capabilities and vision. Requires solid relationship with AFTAC group and squadron customer leads across numerous locations.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for :

• Successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program through subordinate program / project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program / project managers.
• Has supervisory and developmental responsibilities within a functional area.
• The Program Manager manages one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office, and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
• Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives.
• Acts as a technical liaison with vendors.
• Assists in proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required.
• Responsible for all phases of the program budget and monthly Program Management Reviews.
• Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software.
• Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
• Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task. Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding;

prepare forecasts of program financial performance.

Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and / or financial reports.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

• Proven success and expertise in overseeing Development, Test, Integration, and Operations for one or more current AFTAC application modernization efforts.
• Proven success in creating and implementing metrics to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies as well as the govt mission capabilities and vision for moving on-prem AFTAC applications to a Cloud environment.
• Active TS / SCI Clearance with any required compartments special access programs.
• 12 years of experience, with prior supervisory or management experience.
• 6 years Managing AFTAC programs
• Experience with 24 / 7 mission monitoring programs

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
