At CESO, a Survey Crew Chief works independently, or with a survey technician, to complete preliminary services in land survey and construction staking.
You will have primary responsibilities that will include :
- Operate miscellaneous survey equipment needed for completion of survey tasks
- Perform survey calculations
- Conducts daily maintenance and up-keep of instruments
- Work well within a team environment as well as the ability to work independently as needed
- Local and regional travel as needed
- Assist in other survey duties as necessary
Position requirements include :
- High School diploma or GED required
- 5-7 years of experience as a survey crew chief is preferred
- 4+ years survey field experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s License
