Responsibilities will include :
- Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate various skilled trade projects and activities.
- Train skilled trades staff on Pay for Skills.
- Administer department budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction are maintained. Position Requirements
- Ten years of experience. This can be military experience or combination of civilian apprentice / journeyman experience. HVAC experience should be in facilities and / or industrial (not residential).
- Have past experience in a leadership role. Will be leading a team of 15-20 technicians.
- Must have a valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal certification and a valid Driver’s License.
