Spectrum Entertainment Complex offers 40 lanes of traditional bowling, 12 lane VIP suite, 280 person banquet facility, full bar and restaurant (Woody's Press Box) with private dining room, bar area, dining area, and live music on the weekends.

Woody’s Pressbox / Spectrum Lanes, a locally owned small business in Wyoming, is looking for career minded individuals with leadership experience to assist with evening / nighttime restaurant operations as our PM Kitchen Line Manager .
Applicants should be experienced with the ins and outs of the kitchen and restaurant activities - primarily managing and working in high volume line operations.
Woody’s serves a full menu so those interested in becoming part of our organization will utilize skills and insights into the kitchen and restaurant operations including, line function, inventory control, prep, personnel, and management.
The successful applicant will be comfortable cooking on the line, doing prep, managing inventory, and assuming a leadership role in our kitchen, plus fill shifts when necessary above and beyond the regular evening schedule.
This position requires availability on nights and weekends, and offers a competitive wage and advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
General Duties Will Include :
- Provide leadership for kitchen staff by example through professional work ethic and strength of character.
- Develop staff and company culture through training, coaching, and assist with their personal development as a quality employee.
- Prepare food according to methods, quantities and presentations prescribed by menu and established procedure.
- Ensure presentation, quality, and timeliness of all plated entrees.
- Oversee that all areas are kept clean, hygienic and tidy throughout shift.
- Ensure that all closing procedures and food storage safety is observed and followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all refrigeration.
- Adhere to State Board of Health regulations and ServSafe regulations.
- Advise inventory manager when inventory levels fall below standard.
- Maintain constant communication with daytime kitchen manager and ownership on daily operations and issues.
- Perform all duties within the kitchen as necessary.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage is scheduled and provide fill-in support when necessary. Time and a half will be paid for all overtime hours.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Restaurant Manager.
- Work closely with MOD’s to ensure positive guest experiences.
